參賽資格 / Eligibility

4 至 13 歲（以決賽日計），並非加拿大中文電台員工之家屬。
Kids aged between 4 and 13 (age as of the date of the Finale), and not the immediate family of an employee of Fairchild Radio.

參賽者全身近照一張 (A recent full body photo of contestant)
報名費 $20 (加稅) (Entry Fee $20 plus tax)

* 報名費及照片恕不退還 / Entry fee is non-refundable and photo will not be returned.

Deadline 截止日期：Oct 14, 2026 (Wed)

面試需知 / Interview Notice

面試者需要預備一項或以上不多於3分鐘的才藝表演
Contestant must prepare at least one or more talent performance. The total duration of the performance(s) must not exceed 3 minutes.

我謹此證明，就我所知，本人在此表格內所填報的一切資料均屬完整及屬實，所有紀錄亦未經竄改。本人明白，如未能提供完整及正確的資料，可能會被取消參賽資格。本人已閱讀並同意遵守所有規則及章程。
I certify that, to the best of my knowledge, all statements I have made in this Entry Form are complete and true and that all records are complete and unaltered. I acknowledge that failure to disclose and provide complete and accurate information may result in the disqualification from the contest. I have read and agreed to the rules and regulations.

參賽者近照 / Photo Upload

付款/ Payment

網上以信用卡繳付加幣 $20 + 5% GST的報名費，請填上信用卡持有人之姓名及地址。
CAD $20 Application Fee + 5% GST payable online. Make sure the name and address are that of the credit card holder.

官方聲明與備註條款 / Terms, Conditions & Remarks

1. 如因網絡線路繁忙或其他技術原因，而令參賽者之參加表格及相關物件未能在截止日期前傳送到本台，本台概不負責。
Fairchild Radio shall not be held responsible if the Contestant's Entry Form and related materials cannot reach Fairchild Radio before deadline due to technical reasons such as internet connection.

2. 參選者必須出席所有大會安排之訓練及宣傳活動，並遵守大會要求，缺席者將被取消參選資格。
The Contestant must attend all training sessions, promotional activities, and events arranged by and comply with all requirements from Fairchild Radio. Failure to do so may result in disqualification.

3. 加拿大中文電台將保存參賽者資料用作「Little Sunshine’s Got Talent 2026」之用。所有資料將絕對保密並於比賽結束後銷毀。
Fairchild Radio shall retain the Contestant's information for the purpose of coordinating the “Little Sunshine’s Got Talent 2026”. All information shall be kept confidential and destroyed when the event is completed.

4. 報名費、報名表格及照片恕不退還。
Entry fee is non-refundable. Application form and photo will not be returned.
